Trial and billing. Your free trial runs for 14 days from the moment your account is created. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the 14 days, your subscription automatically begins at $47 per month for the Basic plan, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel at any time before your trial ends from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected], and you will not be charged. Cancelling after a renewal stops future charges going forward — see our Refund Policy for what applies to a charge already made.
Usage limits. Email and SMS sending is billed separately based on usage, and plan limits apply. SMS sending also requires carrier registration and approval, which can take additional time before your first message goes out.
