Email us and a person answers — no ticket maze, no bot loop. Most questions come back within a day. A few of the common ones you can fix in under a minute yourself.
Start with email — it reaches the same people and gives us the detail we need to actually fix things.
These four account for most of what reaches our inbox, and all four you can settle without us.
SMS in the US needs brand and campaign registration (A2P 10DLC) approved by the carriers before your first message goes out. Until that clears, messages queue or fail.
Check your registration status in Settings → Phone Numbers. Approval timing is set by the carriers, not by us.
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancel before day 15 of your trial and you're never charged.
What happens to a charge already made is in the Refund Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
Subscription and messaging usage bill separately, so you may see two line items. Your invoices are in Settings → Billing.
Still doesn't look right? Email us with the date and amount rather than filing a dispute — we'll sort it faster than your bank will.
Use the reset link on the login page first — it fixes most cases.
If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us from the address on the account so we can verify it's you.
If the answer isn't here, email us — it's a real inbox.
Typically 12–48 hours during 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST. Anything that has your account down we treat first, ahead of the queue.
The email address on your account, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a screenshot if there's anything on screen. If it's about a specific contact, workflow or invoice, send us its name or number.
That's usually the difference between one reply and four.
Yes — done-for-you setup is a separate paid service where we build your CRM, automations, calendar and a lead capture page inside your account, then hand it over on a call. Ask us and we'll send the details.
Support covers the platform: how features work, fixing what's broken, and account or billing questions. We're not able to write your campaigns or manage your advertising, though setup includes writing your first follow-up sequence.
Check system status first. If there's an open incident it's already being worked on and you don't need to write in. If status is clear, tell us — that's useful information.
Email us from the address on the account. What we hold, how long we keep it, and your rights over it are set out in the Privacy Policy.
One message, one person, one thread until it's resolved. No ticket numbers you have to chase.
